Erica Kwiatkowski


Erica has a broad range of strategic and operational campaign experience – having worked extensively with candidates, ballot measures, global private companies and non-profits since joining SCN Strategies in 2012.

Erica has managed a diverse portfolio of projects from media relations, and planning to the production of television, radio and direct mail advertisements, in addition to managing SCN's client relations and operations.

Most recently, Erica focused on Libby Schaaf's successful bid for Mayor of Oakland, leading media relations, fundraising, TV advertising, and direct mail campaign efforts.

In addition to her work at SCN, Erica was recently selected to serve as Managing Director for The California Women's List, a Political Action Committee dedicated to fundraising, supporting and electing women to office in California. She is leading a group of young progressive leaders to harness the political power of men and women from across the state and across industries that recognize it is time for gender equality in state government.

Erica is active in both the San Francisco and UC Santa Barbara communities, serving as the Vice President of Russian Hill Neighbors and the Director of Development for the UCSB Young Alumni Group of San Francisco. Erica graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA in Political Science.
